In August of 1997 Einstein opened up its 500th location, making it the largest bagel company in the nation.  And they will continue to expand and grow.  Einstein Bagels is known as a fast causal restaurant, which means it cranks out food at a quick pace like a normal fast food restaurant but keeps the quality and taste of a regular restaurant.  Their first store was opened in Ogden, Utah in 1995.  Now they are open in over 29 states.
